It’s always an honor to bring real consulting experience into the classroom, sharing not just what the theory says, but what actually works (and what doesn’t) when you’re sitting across from a real client.
Today, Khun Wanchalerm (Managing Partner) and Khun Patcharaporn (Project Manager) took the class through the world of organizational structure, from the foundational principles every student learns, to the messy, human, context-dependent reality that only comes with years of practice.
